How do become a member of blogroll?

I'm getting really frustrated seeing opportunities that I should be qualified for, except for not being on the advertiser's blogroll. Can anybody suggest how to go about getting on these blogrolls?

Advertisers browse blogs by category and select which ones they want on their blogrolls. That's how I understand it to work, but if someone else knows otherwise, please chime in...

Hmmm. Seems awfully limited to me. I've noticed on a lot of those opps, it doesn't list people who have actually taken them.

Anybody who's on one of those special blogrolls got any tips for the rest of us?:O
