Advertise using PayPal?

Hi, I saw that SocialSpark, accepts payments for Advertising through CPC Ads, by Credits Cards only. I wanted to ask, that is it possible to Advertise using my PayPal account as I don't have a Credit or Debit Card.

i think for you to be a verified paypal user you must have a valid credit/debit card.. or a bank account.

Once you have a verified PayPal account, you can be issued a debit card from PayPal backed by mastercard. When you purchase anything on that card, you receive 1% cash back from PayPal. This enables you to use your PayPal card(account) to purchase advertising through Izea and get 1% back from PayPal on your advertising.

In general, PayPal extracts some rather large fees as the percentage knows no cap. So once you start spending tens of thousands of dollars either at a time or in aggregate, it becomes less desirable to use PayPal. You want your advertising funds to go towards getting your results, not padding the bottom line of eBay's PayPal subsidiary.
